Indetechs Software Ltd. (ISL), a Bangladesh-based software and engineering solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DigiProd Pass Ltd. (DPPL), a UK-based provider of digital product passport and traceability solutions, to formalize their ongoing collaboration and strengthen technology operations and service delivery in Bangladesh.
The MoU was signed by Salauddin Sohag, Managing Director of DigiProd Pass Ltd., and Ashan Khan, Head of Human Resources at Indetechs Software Ltd. The agreement establishes a formal framework for ISL to support DPPL’s technical operations and activities in Bangladesh.
Indetechs Software Ltd. and DigiProd Pass Ltd. have been working together since 2024, with ISL supporting DPPL’s local technical and operational activities. The new MoU formalizes this existing relationship and provides a stronger foundation for continued collaboration and expansion in Bangladesh.
Under the agreement, ISL will manage the technical operations of DigiProd Pass in Bangladesh, providing software development and technical support, system deployment and integration, data-related services, technical coordination, training, maintenance, and other services required for DigiProd Pass Ltd’s activities in Bangladesh.
Commenting on the signing, Ashan Khan, Head of HR at Indetechs Software Ltd., said: “This MoU strengthens our collaboration with DigiProd Pass Ltd. and provides a clear framework for us to contribute our capabilities to their operations in Bangladesh. Through the partnership, DPPL will continue to contribute its technology, platform capabilities, and domain expertise, while ISL will provide local technical resources, software development, engineering capabilities, and operational support.
The collaboration will help DigiProd Pass strengthen its local presence and delivery capabilities in Bangladesh while enabling ISL to contribute its technical expertise to emerging areas of digital transformation, product traceability, and sustainability-focused technology.
