Indetechs Software Ltd. (ISL), a Bangladesh-based software and engineering solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DigiProd Pass Ltd., a UK-based Digital Product Passport (DPPL) solutions provider, to establish a framework for technical collaboration and local service delivery in Bangladesh.
The MoU was signed by Salauddin Sohag, Managing Director of DigiProd Pass Ltd. and Ashan Khan, Head of Human Resources at Indetechs Software Ltd. The agreement formalises the collaboration between the two organizations and establishes ISL as the local technical operations partner for DigiProd Pass in Bangladesh.
Indetechs Software Ltd. has been working with DigiProd Pass Ltd. since the latter began its operations in Bangladesh, supporting its local technical and operational activities. The signing of this MoU solidifies the partnership and provides a formal framework for their continued collaboration in the country.
Under the agreement, ISL will handle the technical operations of DigiProd Pass in Bangladesh, supporting the local implementation and delivery of its Digital Product Passport solutions. This will include software and technical support, system deployment and integration, data-related activities, technical coordination, training, maintenance, and other technical services required for DigiProd Pass activities in the country.
Commenting on the signing, Ashan Khan, Head of HR at Indetechs Software Ltd., said: “This MoU strengthens our collaboration with DigiProd Pass Ltd. and enables us to contribute our local technical and engineering capabilities to the implementation of Digital Product Passport solutions in Bangladesh.”

It formalizes the work we’ve already been doing together and gives us a stronger foundation to expand our delivery and support DigiProd Pass activities in Bangladesh.”
The collaboration will support the deployment of Digital Product Passport solutions across relevant industries in Bangladesh, helping businesses improve product traceability, transparency, and sustainability while preparing for evolving international and EU regulatory requirements.
DigiProd Pass Ltd. will provide its DPP technology, platform capabilities, and technical expertise. In contrast, ISL will provide local technical resources, software and engineering expertise, and operational support to facilitate implementation in Bangladesh.
The partnership reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to supporting digital transformation, sustainable business practices, and greater adoption of product traceability solutions in Bangladesh.
