Indetechs Software Ltd. (ISL), a Bangladesh-based software and engineering solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Technovative Solutions Ltd. (TVS), a UK-based technology and innovation company, to establish a framework for collaboration and local service delivery in Bangladesh.
The MoU signing ceremony took place on July 27, 2026, at the Dhaka office of Indetechs Software Ltd. The two organizations were represented at the signing by Romenio Nimerin, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Indetechs Software Ltd., and Dr. Tamanna Khan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Technovative Solutions Ltd.
The signing of this MoU formalizes years of partnership and collaboration between the two companies, and provides a structured framework for the organizations to work together on technology and innovation initiatives.
Under the MoU, Indetechs Software Ltd. will support Technovative Solutions Ltd. through a range of services, including software development, engineering and technical support, dissemination and communication, project and research support, stakeholder engagement, and other locally delivered activities.
The collaboration aims to strengthen coordination between the two organizations and support the delivery of TVS's technology-driven projects, products, services, and research and innovation initiatives both in Bangladesh and the European market.
Through this partnership, ISL and TVS will leverage their respective expertise and capabilities to support technology and innovation initiatives, facilitate effective project implementation, and contribute to the growth of Bangladesh's digital and technology ecosystem.
The MoU represents a step toward strengthening the existing relationship between the two organizations and creating further opportunities for cooperation across technology development, engineering, communication, research, and other related areas.
