Indetechs Software Ltd. has signed a payroll banking agreement with Prime Bank PLC to provide its employees with access to preferential banking services, financial benefits, and digital payment facilities.
The agreement was signed at Prime Bank's head office, Prime View, in Gulshan, Dhaka, on 13th October 2026. Mamur Ahmed, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Distribution Network at Prime Bank PLC; Nayeem Chowdhury, Vice Chairman of Indetechs Software Ltd.; and Md. Romenio Nimerin, Chief Operating Officer of Indetechs Software Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, Indetechs employees will receive access to salary accounts with competitive rates, dual-currency debit cards with fee waivers and lifestyle benefits, customized loan and credit card facilities, and other consumer banking products and services on preferential terms.
Employees will also have access to PrimePay, Prime Bank's digital banking platform, which supports automated salary disbursement and round-the-clock corporate payment services.
The signing ceremony was attended by Hasina Fardous, Senior Vice President and Head of Payroll Banking; Golam Iftikhar Hussain, Assistant Vice President and Business Development Manager, Payroll Banking; and Tasneem Rahman, Assistant Vice President and Head of Payroll Services, representing Prime Bank.
Representing Indetechs Software were Mohammad Nurul Islam Khan Ashan, Head of Human Resources, and Marwa Nur Sany, Human Resources and Office Associate. Other senior officials from both organizations were also present.
Through this partnership, Indetechs Software aims to enhance employee access to convenient banking services and provide additional financial benefits as part of its commitment to supporting its workforce.
